The National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI) seeks a dynamic individual with strong democracy and governance experience to oversee the implementation of its elections and democracy strengthening programs in Zimbabwe. The ideal candidate will have at least 14 years of experience in the management of complex international programs in challenging settings and will possess proven communication and negotiation skills. Qualified individuals with an interest in democratic development and African politics and culture, as well as applicants experienced in civil society development, civic and voter education, and domestic election monitoring are encouraged to apply.
